Brief Answer:
Take rest and treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The cause of vertigo may be vestibular neuronitis or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

Is there any history of low pressure?
Blurring visual and vertigo may be due to these.
You should give adequate fluids, rest.
Any history of headache?

You may opt for cinnarizine or betahistine for vertigo after obtaining prescription from your local physician.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Mri is not related to vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the Mri report.
The findings described are not the area involved in vertigo.
The Mri findings are incidental and old.
Nothing to worry.
Just get blood pressure measured.
Some white matter changes may be found in migraine too.
