Brief Answer:
Check your blood pressure and pulse. Needs to be within normal limits

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

I read it carefully and understand your concern.

Both medicines you are using are very good to control blood pressure. The question is if they control it. How much is your blood pressure in general It should be 120/80, or near those values.

If your blood pressure is lower then that you may have low blood pressure, and you need to either lower the dose of medicines, or take one of them off. But this is something that should be done gradually by your doctor.
Carvedilol, gives slow heart rate as side effect, and you should also keep track of your pulse rate. It should not be under 60/min. Also, do not lower it dose yourself because it should be monitored closely and should not stop immediately.

If your blood pressure is normal, and heart rate too, you should rule our other causes or balance loss. For that you will need to do a neurological examination at your doctor, who will determine from it if you will need tests, or if he will understand what is it that is going on and what he can do to help you with that.

Its very important meanwhile to be careful because you may fall and cause fractures. So walk slowly with the cane.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications. I will be happy to answer.

Regards,
