Brief Answer:
Please get a vaginal swab done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Your wife is suffering from a vaginal infection.
You should be consulting an OB - GYN and please get a vaginal swab done to confirm what kind of bacteria is exactly causing the infection.
Then accordingly treatment can be started.
Also please get a urine routine microscopy and urine culture test done if she has burning while urinating, as vaginal infection is commonly seen with urinary infection also.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
As below.

Detailed Answer:
USing V wash etc will worsen the situation.
Such chemical washes will alter the natural flora of the vagina.
The vagina needs to be cleaned only with lukewarm water, you do not need any special products to clean it.
Women with PCOd often have irregular cycle.
Continue taking the remaining tablets, but please consult your doctor.
Generally you get your periods within a week of taking progesterone tablets like DUB - 5.
You will need higher dosage and for longer period, maybe 5 days or more, or maybe combined with estrogen tablets also.
YOu should get a vaginal ultrasound scan to know the status of the lining of the uterus, accordingly higher dose medication has to be given for inducing a period.
What is your height and weight ?

Brief Answer:
Please confirm the infection first.

Detailed Answer:
Well your weight is fine then.
See if you use the wrong medication for the wrong infection, it can flare up.
For example, if you use antibiotics for a fungal infection, it will be disastrous.
You cannot use any thing without confirming the type of infection.
Can you upload photos and send me , of the area which is burning ?
Alternatively, try and use Candid - CL cream on it, but I insist that you should consult a gynecologist and confirm the infection before treating it.
