Brief Answer:
Dental treatment/ self care would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Mr M XXXX,
Thanks for the information & image .
The lesion in cheek seems to be due to repeated injury& healing of oral cavity involving cheek. This can be due to-
- Accidental / repeated biting of cheek mucus membrane ,while eating big bite hurriedly/ thickened oral cavity due to overweight( deposition of fat makng it thick )
- Ill fitting denture/ a sharp edged /partially broken tooth.. this keeps on irritating interior of cheek,
- tobacco chewing/ Ghutkha chewing/ smoking can add to the condition.
- Your GERD ( gastric regurgitation in esophagus ) & gas problem can lead to digestive deficiency.... this will lead to imbalance in normal intestinal flora ( lacto bacilli) & enhance the problem by causing B complex deficiency.
* In this context I would advise you to consult a dentist.. he will examine you to find the basic cause & treat accordingly ( It will be medicines, B complex ,supplements, anti inflammatory pills, along with local applications for healing )/ Grinding of the sharp edged tooth/ denture /Extraction)
* You should have a word with your GERD doctor.. for any change in medication/ medication to control constipation( if any), to improve digestion, to supplement lactobacilli.)
* Self care-
_ Try to avoid spicy, oily, food, eat at fixed hours.More fibers & water in diet improve digestive function. Eat curds daily ( for lactobacilli)
- Regular walking exercises, yoga/ facial exercises would help
- Sleep well at fixed hours. have fixed working hours & less of stress..
- Have regular bowel habits,
- Avoid tobacco/ Ghutkha/ smoking.Be aware of oral hygiene.
* removal of basic cause & self care would help.
I hope the information given in the answer was useful to you. Any follow up query is welcome,
