Suggest Treatment For Tubular Endometrium

Question: I am undergoing infertility treatment. On Oct 2013 I underwent a Biopsy & was detected with tubular endometrial. Therefore was on modified AKT for 8 months. But still my lining has not improved.It is generally 4 to 5 mm. Therefore have been suggested to go for an Hysteroscopic metroplasty. Could you please suggest if this is the right treatment & could you also suggest if possible a good surgeon in XXXXXXX for this procedure.

1. The common problem in patients with tuberculosis is thin endometrium even after treatment.

2. Unfortunately there is little improvement over any of therapies.

3. But hysteroscopic Metroplasty is not indicated in your situation. Did the doctor elaborate in procedure of Metroplasty that how they are doing and what they achieve.
