Brief Answer:
could be urethral syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I would recommend visiting a urologist. It could be a urethral syndrome, which means symptoms of urinary tract infection without a documented infection. There are various approaches to this syndrome (like antidepressants, antispasmodics, etc) but you'd better discuss it with the urologist. Various pathogens have to be excluded like chlamydia and others. Such tests are not routinely ordered, so the diagnosis can be missed.

I hope you find my comments helpful!

Kind Regards!
