Brief Answer:
I would advice you baclofen 5mg twice daily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

Nystagmus may be congenital ( Since Birth ) or acquired later in life .
When acquired, it most often is caused by abnormalities of vestibular connections.
Congenital forms may be associated with abnormalities of visual connections .

In your case , it is most likely acquired . Involuntary, rhythmic eye movements are characteristic of acquired nystagmus.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
baclofen 5mg twice daily .
You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription .
Alcohol intake will increase Nystagmus .

Nystagmus is multi factorial . To find out the cause , investigation needed MRI Head & Neck .

Hope this answer helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
