Brief Answer:
may be intertrigo with fungal and/or bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Intertrigo is inflammation/irritation that can occur in the body folds (under the breasts, axilla, groin)

Intertrigo can occur on its own or with a fungal and/or bacterial infection. The presence of an odor may indicate that it has occurred with an infection.

Intertrigo is made worse by heat, moisture and friction. Treatment involves reducing these factors and treating any infection if present.

You can consider the following if possible: (1) the areas can be separated when possible with cotton or linen material

(2)Absorbent powders such as zeasorb absorbent powder

(3)combination products such as triple paste or XXXXXXX goo can be used. XXXXXXX goo has an anti fungal (medication for fungal infections), zinc (for barrier protection) and a mild steroid to decrease inflammation. An antibiotic cream such as fucidin/neosporin/bactroban, can be added

Triple paste has barrier agents (petrolatum and zinc) along with burow solution to reduce skin irritation.
An anti fungal powder or cream such as miconazole and an antibiotic cream such as neosporin/ fucidin/bactroban can be added to this

(4) if you cannot find XXXXXXX goo or triple paste then use a zinc based cream or petrolatum to protect the folds from friction along an anti fungal and antibiotic cream

If there is no improvement with topical agents, then your doctor may need to prescribe oral medications

I hope this helps ,feel free to ask any other questions
