Brief Answer:
Can be urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary tract infection. Doing a urine routine test will be helpful to rule out this. Puss cells will be present in plenty in case of urinary infection. If RBCs are more then ultrasound should be done to rule out stones.
In case of urinary infection you need antibiotic therapy. I usually suggest antibiotics like Norfloxacin Empirically and send urine for culture and change antibiotic if needed after getting culture report. You can ask you your GP for antibiotics in case of infection.
Take more plain water. Taking cranberry juice , barley water is good. Taking sodium hydrogen citrate syrup in water will be helpful for painful urination.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
