Question: I have tongue that has an impact on my speech and voice, my tongue has a scalloped appearance look slightly swollen and twitch like movement and phlegm at the back of my throat,
I am on levo-thyroxine , the lab test are normal, this has been going on for 14 months

Yes I have some sessions from speech therapist, she think it is acid reflux, I was prescribe Omeprazole 20 mg capsules
