it means that you suffered from pulmonary embolism episode which has now healed. it could give rise pilm. hypertension which can be a cause of your leg swelling.

Brief Answer:
Need some details

Detailed Answer:
hello and welcome to HCM. first of all I would like to ask that when was the ct scan done, did you have any episode of respiratory distress ? was d diner and echocardiography done as apart of investigation ct finding means that u had an emboli which might have dissolved over a period of time . did you suffer from DVT, or unilateral leg swelling with pain some time back? many a times pulmonary embolism episodes can be asymptomatic. but can give rise to pulmonary hypertension which can lead to right ventricle dysfunction and that can lead to bilateral leg swelling. regards Dr Manisha Jain

Brief Answer:
Yes, seek medical attention

Detailed Answer:
hello again, I would advise you to seek medical attention as it can be an episode of recurrent DVTwhich can embolise to lungs. they will probably do a Doppler of your lower limbs to see for thrombosis . I hope everything comes out allright.
