Brief Answer:
It is likely to be balanitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

According to the symptoms and photo it appears that you are having balanitis which is mostly due to poor hygiene. It is caused by bacteria which can lead to infection. Avoid using perfumed soap, lotion, or powder. Maintain good hygiene and keep genital area clean and dry. You can apply triple action cream such as surfaz SN thrice daily for 5 days. If pain you can take acetaminophen when required. Are you having any discharge? Did you had unprotected intercourse in past?

Take care

Brief Answer:
Avoid washing penis several times.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Avoid over washing your genital area. Moisture and washing frequently will worsen the condition. I suggest you to wash only twice and try to keep it dry. Take the treatment as advised for 5 more days.

Take care.

Ok ive also not had any discharge, nor have i had any sti symptoms, does this look like an sti or just balantis. I had quite a sore foreskin and swelled up, that has since gone down but still looks a little puffy. I also have a couple of skin tags would this have anything to do with it. Photo is with cream on

Brief Answer:
Tests recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I would suggest you to get HPV, VDRL, HSV 1/2, Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing done. It appears to be non STD balanitis. But I would suggest you to get the test done.

Take care
