Suggest Treatment For Sub Conjunctival Hemorrhage
Question: I scratched my left eye this morning with my thumb while getting out of bed. It is red and bloody looking in the white area just below the center of the eye. I have used cold compresses and was wondering if I should use something to make sure it doesn't get infected before I get to the eye Dr; tomorrow. Because of my Blufferitis problem I still have some Bactracin Ophthalmic Ointment and Zylet drops on hand. Would either of these be OK to use today? Is there anything else I can do as there are no clinics open today around here. Thanks!
