Brief Answer:
Get ultrasound of pelvis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Pain in the location of right ovary can be due to various causes like ovarian cyst, chronic appendicitis, mesentric cyst, degeneration of fibroid, crohn's disease or pelvic tumors.

Is it associated with fever then it can be appendicitis. Altered bowel habits is seen with crohn's disease. Ovarian cyst torsion, pelvic tumors and fibroid degeneration can be detected by scan..

So get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to detect the cause. For what was left tube and ovary removed? Do you have any other disease?

Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..

The left ovary and Fallopian tube were removed in February of 2001. There was a fast growing cyst on the ovary. In December, 2000, ultra sound showed the cyst to be size of 50 cent piece. When my doctor opened me up, she found the cyst had grown to the size of two large oranges. The cyst was non-malignant.

I will contact my current GYN 's office regarding this pain. Thank you for your advice.
