Question: What is a good remedy for compression fractures? I have spinal compression fractures and am hurting. I have been taking 8 hour arthritis tablets that only helps for a little while. I am female aged 80. Part of aging process.

If this is compressive fracture then you need more efficient painkillers than usual such as Tramadol or Okycodone. Also you need to wear so called corset for spine immobilisation,rest and have calcium supplements and medications for osteoporosis. Other treatment include hydrotherapy and specific exercises and you should consult your doctor about it.
