Suggest Treatment For Spinal TB

default
Posted on Tue, 18 Nov 2014
Question: My doctors suspect me of having spinal TB. My MRI showed extensive bone edema at T8. I got a biopsy done on advise. My GENEXPERT report and initial culture report is negative for TB. My hi stopwatch report says inflammation is indicative of TB. However the ZN stain is negative. My doctor has put me on TB meds already. Please advise is this is correct.
