Brief Answer:
Little finger got infected.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like infection of little finger. So,it got swollen .

You need good antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablet.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Linezolid 600mg twice daily, Anti inflammatory Tablet containing Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Trypsin-chymotrypsin twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
If the pus is already collected, it has to be drained.
Please consult a General surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
