Suggest Treatment For Sore Near Vagina

Question: Hi I have a sore on my vaginal hood to the left slightly its a little sore! I worried that it might be herpes?! I have rough sex and oral sex 2 days ago and the sore came straight after so I wondered if it was from rough sex? Please advise

It doesn't allow me to send pictures or I would, could i email you them directly.

I should let you know that last year I had unprotected sex with this guy and and the left side of my vagina hood swelled up and became sore since then I have been worried I have herpes. I have been to the GUM clinic and they did a swab but they said it was healing nicely and it may be too late to tell i.e. the swab may not be conclusive. I got my results back and it said no to herpes.

I am just worried now. The guy I had sex with on Sunday night (of which i was hurting Monday morning and most likely had a sore then, does herpes happen that quickly?) he said he lips are sore and his nose, i hope he hasnt rubbed it on my sore there contracting herpes from me. He has a beard so it could be just abrasion from that also he was pretty rough. My mouth is also a bit itchy also, I have but aloe vera and vasaline on them.

Please help!

I am worried that I contracted herpes from the guy last year it has not been detected and I have given it to the guy I had sex with on Sunday. The sore arrived Monday. No blister that I'm aware of! Not multiple just one on the top left vaginal hood (please see photo) when looking at the photo look at the right side of my Clitorus its a little red section (that's the sore) , the left side of my vaginal hood feels swollen and tender a little bruised.

I have felt a little flu like systems but not that bad!

Please review the image and tell me what you think.

Thank you for the update !
This does not look like herpes at all.
In herpes , you would have significant itching / prodromal swelling, and there would be multiple punched out ulcers.
THis does look like it has come on , due to rough oral / vaginal sex.
But you know , there is a great chance for you to get swabbed and get it confirmed.
IT has not yet healed, so please get it swabbed, and get herpes ruled out for sure.
