Brief Answer:
undigested food

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have examined the photos you included and it does look like bits of undigested food. This can happen and is not a big cause for concern. Sometimes the food just gets moved through the system before it can be fully digested.
Try eating more slowly and chewing food more.
If you are in a cycle of diarrhea with the IBS this is more likely to happen, but it can happen at any time.
Please let me know if you have further questions
