Dear Sir, thanks for the reply.

Its may be of type sleep apnea.
Lack of sleep may be around 3-4 hrs ( even no sleep during day time), lay down in bed around 2.5 to 3 hrs to get sleep.
No deepness in sleep, always gets lengthy dreams during sleep.
Many time felt that during my sleep I am holding my feast so tightly

Brief Answer:
Sleep apnea is less likely in her case.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, I don't think she is having sleep apnea.
In sleep apnea, patient has excessive day time sleepiness, frequent night time awakening due to choking or air hunger, day time headache etc.
So sleep apnea is less likely in her case.
She is mostly having sleep deprivation due to some psychiatric cause.
Please let me know
1. Her height
2. Her weight
3. Does she snore in night?
4. Does she move her legs frequently in night?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your wife.
Thanks.

Since all my suspicions were correct, in my opinion, she is having stress, anxiety and depression.
Combination of all these diseases can cause sleep disturbance.
And her migraine problem is mostly because of all these issues.
So please let me know

2. Is she fasting a lot?
3. Has she ever consulted psychiatrist?
4. Does she have menstrual abnormalities?
5. Does she cry or do tantrums when upset?

Brief Answer:
She needs psychiatric treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
From all your replies, in my opinion, she is having psychiatric illness, mostly stress, anxiety and depression.
And all these are responsible for her sleep disorder, menstrual abnormality and restless leg syndrome.
So my suggestion is to consult psychiatrist.
Get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in her life.
She may need anxiolytic, antidepressant drugs.
Once her psychological issues solved, her sleep will be normal.
Hope I have solved your query.
