Yes, I saw the picture which you uploaded.
It can either be a skin tag or wart. Are your sexually active? Does your partner has similar lesions?
If yes, you should get yourself examined urgently by a dermatologist. HPV can cause such warts and increase the risk of cancer, especially cervical cancer.
The treatment options for such warts is to apply 5-flurouracil ointment locally. This will prevent the further growth of wart. This is available on prescription.
OTC creams containing silver nitrate can also help.
The last resort would be surgical excision.
However, if its a skin tag and does not bothers you, then I think you should worry about it. Else you can go for surgical excision.
Kindly consult a dermatologist for detailed examination and further treatment.
