Brief Answer:
Check her stool for bacterial or parasytic infestation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. I would recommend you to get her stool routine and culture done before starting Normet. This is to identify the definitive reason for her illness that seems to be infective gastroenteritis.
Continue with the ORS, ondem and pedialyte as suggested. Start normet after giving stool samples for tests that I suggested. You may upload the reports for my reference so that I may help you out with the best possible therapy.
Also, start her on zinc supplements such as Zinconia or Zn20 (5 ml once daily for 2 weeks) and enterogermina respules (once daily for a week). if vomiting persist then start junior lanzol to curb gastritis or stomach acidity. This will help in early recovery and improved appetite.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care

hi, stool examination report says that bacteria is present. 10-15/ hpf. we are giving ofm syrup thrice a day each of 5ml along with regular pedialyte. Watery motions are still there and she developed severe rashes. infact very severe rashes. we started applying desitin maximum strength cream. but due to regular motion we had to wash and she is crying like hell. its like chicken and egg. until motions stops rashes dont go away. dont know when we will be out of this.

Brief Answer:
Continue syrup. Ofm and desitin

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Do not worry. The report is suggestive of bacterial cause of your daughter's illness. Do not worry. She will hopefully show response to Syp. Ofm within 48 hours. Complete the antibiotic course of 5 days along with pedialyte, Zinconia, and ORS. Use desitin alternate with siloderm mixi for early recovery of diaper rashes.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
