Suggest Treatment For Severe Ringworm Infection
Question: hi good evening
past 3 month i am suffering from ringworm.
first one month i have taken terbinafine and saluderm cream,but problem is still not resolved.
after that i have taken zokon 150 mg tablet but due to itching problem i skipped that medicine and also feel that ringworm is spreading,
i cant understand what i can do .....please suggest

I have reviewed the attached photographs though they are not very clear.
If your condition is not responding to terbinafine and zocon tablet then the fungi must be resistant to these antifungal medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily and apply eberconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
For itching you can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
