Brief Answer:
Watch for 3 hours after applying ointment and heating pad before ER visit

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Sorry to hear the pain and discomfort you are in and hope you make a quick recovery.

Since you have multiple conditions which include psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia, it is best to see the specialist and you will be doing that on 2/24/2015.

With a history of stomach issues, it is not easy to takeother pain relievers and causing stomach discomfort.

I suggest you to either use a pain killer and muscle relaxant ointment combination to be applied over the painful areas and also use a heating pad to feel better, and you can try this for the next three hours. Should your pain and discomfort persist even with heat pads or ointments then you need injectible pain relievers to make you comfortable. To get injections you have to visit the ER.

Tylenol can be used only after you have had a good meal and this also is best taken only once to see if it can help.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
