Question: I'm a 65 year old female with type 2 diabetes. I'm having severe cramping especially in my right Lowe leg. I also have RLS. I'm getting scared. My PA said drink apple cider vinegar. That didn't help at all I though that was lame. Please I'm starting to worry

There are some conditions that may be manifested clinically with cramps.

I would suggest first to check the calcium, magnesium and potassium level.

A careful clinical examination would be of importance to check the blood flow at the legs (as you are diagnosed with Diabetes) and exclude a varicose vein at that side.
Meanwhile you can use some calcium supplements.
