Brief Answer:
You need to take steroid injections in knee

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. It is right that best solution is knee replacement. It can give you complete pain relief. All other options are limited and short time relief only. Still as you can not afford knee replacement so I have following suggestions for you.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Injection of steroid can be given in knee joint. It can be repeated after 3 months.
3.Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg for long time.
4.Take calcium and D3 regularly to improve your bone strength.
5.volitran can be applied over knee joint.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
