Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

default

Question: Hello.. On Sunday I fell and experienced bad knee pain. I could walk on it after the pain had subsided and ice had been applied. There is bruising now which is moving down my leg and tenderness around the knee joint. Going down steps and inclines is hurts, but other than that walking is ok, if taken a bit slower than usual.

Would you recommend that I see a doctor or should it just heal in time?

Brief Answer:
Meet a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I will be able to help you.

It is possible that the injury that you have mentioned is a soft tissue injury.

The trauma to the leg may have caused extrusion of the blood into the soft tissue. This will be able to make trouble by causing the symptoms.

I think it would be a good idea to meet the team of doctors. This way, the injury can be examined and if you need to have a X ray, then that would be done as well

I hope you find the answer useful.

Best of luck.
