Suggest Treatment For Severe Inflammation On Cheeks And Skin

my name is *****.i went for a movie ,after some time i got pin prick like sensation at back beside then i searched for the pin but i didn't get anything.then i scratched it i found small red color bump,after 3 weeks i got severe inflammation on the cheeks and skin become like scalp,muscle cramps,joint pains,my temperature is around 95 to 97 during this all symptoms,when i am waking from my bed feeling extreme tiredness(i am in consiousness but unable move my body,after that severe dehydration(extreme thirst),some swelling bumps on the face,chest,near armpit.after 1 week my neck become large, lump on the neck back,fat lumps in armpit,boil like lumps on face,cough with white mucous,red blotchy like rashes on palms(when i am waking up rashes are not there after waking up it getting).getting acid reflux from stomach with heart burn,mouth ulcers,bumps on under lip,crispy stool,sometimes loose stool is coming,sides of tongue and under the tongue has black veins,headache came and gone.Is there any possibility of getting hiv by pin prick or not.I took complete blood count everything is normal.can you tell me is there any serious condition underlying. now i am fearing of hiv or else no need worry ,some of pic are sending to you.(upto now i dont have any sexual intercourse)
