Question: when i am working or exercise, i sweat profusely, my throat burns, chest gets tight and burns, arms, shoulders and back burns and i get gas, but once i expel gas, i feel fine

Hi welcome to HCM, Burning indicates an acidic constitution and it increases when the body gets hot as during exercise.
You should take alkaline and cooling drinks like lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in water every morning. This should definitely help you.
Also make sure you are hydrating yourself adequately. I would suggest you drink a
glass of water every hour.
One thing that needs to be ruled out is hyperfunction of thyroid glands.
Do get your thyroid function tests done and revert back to me?
