Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history you are having hairfall with hypothyroidism. My treatment advice is -

1. Your thyroid profile needs to be monitored every 6 months and medication is decided as per the report.
2. Continue the medication in prescribed dose until doctor advises to discontinue it.
3. For hairfall take an iron supplement and vitamin B12 supplement once daily for 3 months. If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
