1. Started on Wednesday[13th/Jan/2016] around 2pm with less then 100 F, around 4 PM we gave around her Sinarest syrup around 6ml. Body temperature came to normal in less then 1 hr. Then we found her again having some temperature < 100 F around 2am (after 10 hr) and we gave Crocin suspecsion DS syrup again around 6ml, and temperature came down.
2. The next day at around 8 pm (after 16 hr) the, she got temperature again, but around 102 F and we gave her Crocin suspecsion DS syrup again around 6ml.
3. Body temperature, mostly come down within 1 hr after the syrup, and she is active all the time, if she don't have any temperature. Even when temperature, is there she is doing fine.
4. Now after 56 hr from starting and 24hr from last syrup is given, she don't have any temperature, she is doing good. So, should we consider she is recovered and that was some viral ?

Brief Answer:
yes, it does sound like a viral illness
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Yes, based on the time frame and symptoms mentioned , it is quite possible that she had a viral illness.
These tend to resolve relatively quickly.
She should be monitored over the next 2 to 3 days for any recurrence of fever or developing of additional symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, pain, cough.
The common cold is the most common viral illness, these symptoms may or may not occur.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
