Brief Answer:
Have you done a TSH test? What was the result?

Detailed Answer:
HI,

I have reviewed our symptoms and the most common cause of your symptoms could be low functioning thyroid. I will like to know whether you had your TSH levels measured and if yes, can you kindly communicate the findings to me.

Let me hear from you and we will exchange more on this to uncover what the exact problem is.

Brief Answer:
This seems related to environmental changes and not a disease!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With this added information, it appears that environmental changes are responsible for this. If it is cold outside, you will certainly get to feel cold unless you are well dressed for the cold. Should you also dress to be warm, you may end up with lots of sweating, dizziness and fatigue because of dehydration. I will suggest that you try to get the right dresses and dressings for different temperature ranges and you would be fine. Am no longer surprised that all the blood tests are normal.

Keep me updated about your progress. These measures should be able to help you get feeling great again.
