Brief Answer:
can increase ibuprofen dose to 400mg. Add paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ibuprofen can initially be used at 200mg every 4 to 6 hours to help with a fever but if there is no response the dose can be increased to 400mg , with the same intervals.

If the increased dose of ibuprofen is not an option for you, then you can consider adding paracetamol/tylenol to the ibuprofen.
These medications can be used together and this is commonly done for fever or/and pain control.

Cool liquids/foods, dressing cooling and tepid sponging are other techniques that are used for temperature control.

The other cold symptoms, though not mentioned can be treated with over the counter medication.
Antihistamines and decongestants would help with nasal congestion, post nasal drip and the cough that results from the post nasal drip

Mucolytics eg bisolvan, mucomyst, guaifenesin-- used to break up a wet cough

Cough suppressants reduce coughing

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
