Question: Red pin head spots on penis kindly advise me it is herpes. If it us herpes , is it curable? Some time seen and some time disappeared

No water filled
No itch and pain
In March i have oral sex with one lady. One month after i had on ACL surgery on knee. After that i noticed a red spot on pennis head and i showed dr and it is gone after taking pills. After two months i had sewere food poision and i had taken pills for it. Next day the spot appeared on my pennis. Again i checked hiv, sugar and std -result nagative. Then for the past one month its come and gone. I have no pain and no water filled in it sir. I scared for it. If it is herpes, it curable. Some time small reddish spot on my round head pennis also and next day it disappeared. Kindly advise me. One or three days only small itching

Its looking like an allergic reaction.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone for a week.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
