Brief Answer:
further necessary clarification & information

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your case history I'm of the following opinion:

1. Do let me know about the duration of these symptoms?
2. any history of fever/disease or neurological disorder?
3. Thyroid profile [since hyperthyroidism can cause excess heat symptoms]?
4. hot/humid weather and prolonged exposure to sun?
5. Emotional STRESS?

A. In Ayurveda we usually hold 'Pitta' responsible for the appearance of symptoms associates with increase in Pitta [i.e. metabolism] which are:

- stomach ulcers
- burning sensation in hands/feet
- excessive perspiration
- acidity and heart burn
- mouth ulcers.. since the list is not exhaustive you should consult a qualified Ayurveda physician for physical examination and to exclude any other pathology

B. For mouth ulcers following is the symptom wise approach:

i. Consult a Dentist for any sharp tooth
ii. make sure there is no digestive disorder, or intake of sugar rich food, if both of the said points are excluded then:

. take a cotton swab and soak it in any type of raw liquor and press it directly on the ulcer for about 2 minutes [for 2 days]
. eat ripe pomegranate
. mix honey in cold water and gargle with this 3 times a day

C. Take a pitta pacifying diet:
Avoid: chillies, hot drinks and food, low sodium diet, oily/fried food, tobacco chewing, garlic, onion, curry, fish, caffeine

Take: more of astringent [legumes, raw fruits and vegetables] and bitter [dark leafy vegetables: kale/asparagus], include digestive spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric

. Maintain proper hydration [coconut water, herbal teas, vitamin C,water melon, peaches

D. Make sure to retire to bed before 10 PM [since pitta is more active during 10 PM to 2 AM] and you can practice Pitta pacifying Yoga poses like:
. Uttanasana
. XXXXXXX Namaskar
. Spinal Twist: Jathara Parivartanasana
