Suggest Treatment For Rectal Bleeding
Question: Hello I have been suffering bleeding from the rectum, there's nothing on my stools just dripping with blood after I poop, I've been to see my doctor and he did the oral test and he can't find anything says it could me internal hemmoriods

It is understandable to be concerned.
It is definitely possible that the bleeding could be related to internal hemorrhoids but you may want to consider imaging to rule out other causes.
Other possible causes include: (1) an anal fissure but this would normally be associated with severe pain
(2)diverticular disease- diverticular disease refers to the formation of outpouches or outpockets in the colon
This is normally in older persons but can occur in younger persons like yourself as well
(3)Non (not) cancerous polyps- it is possible to have growths or polyps in the colon that are not cancerous but causing bleeding
These polyps can eventually become cancerous in some persons though this can take years (the reason colonoscopy can be done every 10 yrs)
(4)inflammatory bowel disease- such as crohns or ulcerative colitis. Again other symptoms are usually present but everyone can present differently
(5)colon cancer
Imaging with a barium enema or even better a colonoscopy would provide you with the final and definitive answer.
Colonoscopy is better because if there are any polyps , they can biopsied at the same time.
You may want to consider having this or some imaging done, then you would know for certain which of the above is causing the bleeding and appropriate treatment can be started.
I have known at least one patient with both hemorrhoids and other issues with the bowel as well that needed to be addressed.
The full blood count would show if you are anemic but would not give the cause of the bleeding
