Brief Answer:
He appear to suffering from psychosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your,

Considering nature of your husband symptoms and dysfunction (according to your information), he appear to suffering from psychosis.

It may be bipolar: Episodes of depression and behaviour issues.
Or
Schizophrenia: Talking someone when no one around (hallucinatory behavior).

In psychosis patient lack insight. So they deny for having problem and refuse treatment. It is family members duty to bring treatment for them. In that case, it better if you yourself consult nearby or known psychiatrist for him and plan the treatment.

Take care.

Thanks a lot for your reply and suggestion regarding my husband problem. The big problem with me regarding his treatment is there is no one alive in his immediate family member as he is only child and his mom n dad is passed away. i cant take help of my parents and family because they are the reason behind his anger. he will not even listen them. so this is only me to take action. but i dont know any psychiatrist near by. though i stay in east XXXXXXX but i cant go outside and visit any doctor so i want you to plan his treatment online or telephonic as u say. thanks

Brief Answer:
Hello.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

For his treatment, antipsychotic medications may be needed, which can be given only after seeing patient to confirm diagnosis and to give prescription medicine.

You live in east XXXXXXX and I practice in XXXXXXX There are psychiatrists available in east XXXXXXX Ask them if they can arrange home visit. Or if they practice nearby you can visit them.

Psychosis is major psychiatric disorder. Online or telephonic treatment is illegal in such case without confirming diagnosis after seeing patient.

Take care
