Brief Answer:
Premature ejaculation can be treated easily

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Early ejaculation is one of distressing problem. In most individuals anxiety, improper method, hyperexcitation etc are common reasons for early ejaculation.

Relaxation exercises, yoga helps to reduce anxiety and thus will help you. If relaxation doesn't result in improvement then medicines will be needed.

SSRIs like Sertraline, Paroxetine, Dapoxetine etc are very useful for premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine is a SSRI drug that helps to delay ejaculation. The drug is used about half to one hour before intercourse and is safe to use. You can visit a psychiatrist for prescription of this drug.

Application of lignocaine jelly over tip of penis before intercourse will reduce sensitivity and is a good method for treatment of premature ejaculation. Though the method is not an approved method but is very useful and safe method. Please don't remain worried, the problem is easily treatable. Just visit a psychiatrist for help.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again

Brief Answer:
Dapoxetine is a good option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking a follow up

SSRI is Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitor. In my opinion Dapoxetine will be good for you. Dapoxetine 30 mg taken about half to one hour before intercourse on SOS basis help to improve the ejaculation time. The drug is safe to use. Please visit a psychiatrist for written prescription if needed.

There are no serious side effects of Lignocaine jelly except some numbness and lack of sensation in vagina. There is very rare risk of allergy also.

Thanks.
