Yes there is no role of enlarge forte in premature ejaculation and it can be stopped.

If there is no issue with erection take Dapoxetine only and sildenafil part of SD pill can be stopped after talking to your doctor.

On pregnancy no effect of pills taken by male and same is applicable to Dapoxetine.
