Suggest Treatment For Poison Ivy-induced Contact Dermatitis

Question: I have what I was told was poison ivy. It started with a sting, like I had been bitten by a mosquito, then it itched (and I scratched) and then little tiny bumps appeared(not even pin-head size) and they keep multiplying. I am extremely itchy. Whahrynt to do and what is diagnosis. Thanks, XXXXXXX
