Suggest Treatment For Pityriasis Lichenoides Chronica

Question: I have I believe pityrious vis w.e it is that is not my concern I know how to deal with it but thought it may be relevant.. my concern is I have small 2 to 5 mm circular indentions with a depth of only a mm or so no itching pain only slightly color change I'm quite concerned as they started on the pelvic area not genitals but now are on my stomach as well one day I had none next day four or five n third day 6 to 7.... any advice?

I think I just did although I don't see them anywhere did they go through?

Ok I see how it works... again there are no other signs or symptoms other than sudden appearance and they are crater like in appearance

According to me there is a possibility of pityriasis lichenoid chronica but I would recommend you to get it examined clinically to confirm the diagnosis.

Apply cortisone cream

In pityriasis lichenoid chronica topical steroids have a role.
I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.

Ok. Thank you so much for your advice. And just to clear up some anxiety. It is a skin issue not STD and not sexually transmitted? I mean can I cause someone else to contract this?

If the diagnosis of pityriasis lichenoid chronica is confirmed then it is a skin disease and not sexually transmitted disease and it won't be transmitted from you to anyone else.
