I have tried uploading through this medium and its not working, I have sent the picture to " YYYY@YYYY .

I also like to add that the same pigmentation as developed behind my two ears.

May I also say I am very positive it's not a post inflammatory pigmentation because I didn't had any inflammation around my fore head since I was a teenager at least 11 years ago also didn't had any inflammation at the back of my ears, and this are the two major parts of my body where the pigmentation has been affected.

Brief Answer:
kojic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
I didn't recieve photos. However my main concern was post inflammatory pigmentation, which you have cleared.
You seem to have asymptomatic pigmentation.
I usually suggest kojic acid cream for night and sunscreen with spf more than 30 to my patients and have seen good response with that. You can try this for a month. There will be good response.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

I just googled imagines of the said pigmentation and it surely seems a little more complicated than what I have, as I can see people having it in their mouth and all sort. Can you kindly provide me with your email address and I will email you a picture as the site is not doing a good job uploading a pic. an email address to send you a picture to will be appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Amyloidosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for the follow up.

Ya I can see the photo now.
It is looking like cutaneous Amyloidosis. A condition where protein gets accumulated under skin and causes pigmentation.
Chemical peeling can help you.
Glycolic acid peel will be beneficial.

Meet a dermatologist and discuss regarding this.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Thank you
