Question: Hi I'm a 32 year old male. id really like some help. I keep getting the run around from doctors where I live. heres my problem. I have been having sinus throat problems for a long time. swollen irritation blood. white mucus the whole bit. I went to a ent who looked in my nose and throat and said "i cant see anything wrong" no interest in helping me. however about a week later I go in to a walk in clinic and am diagnosed with a throat infection. 3 nights ago I had pain in around my upper wisdom tooth that was sort of radiating. but the pain went away and I woke up yesterday morning with a painful right jaw and sinus. went to the dr and was diagnosed with an inflamed sinus and given antibiotics. is there someone out there that could give me some advice and maybe some help with how I can make myself feel better. I need someone that cares. everytime I go see someone here they don't care. everything is minor

Brief Answer:
Possible sinuses infection.Require CT scan

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

Yeah, certainly there seem to be an underlying infection of sinuses, that is causing these recurrent symptoms in your case.

I advise you to get a CT SCAN OF THE PARANASAL SINUSES for further accurate and therapeutic guidance.

Many abnormalities of the nose, throat and sinuses can be revealed on this scan.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.

I already had one like 3 months ago. all my ent doctor said is they didn't see anything. its the strangest thing. they are missing something here. although I felt the same when I went to see him he just looked quick and said cant see anything wrong basically not interested. do you think I should seek a second opinion?
