Suggest Treatment For Persistent Muscle Pain

Question: Hi I believe I have fibromyalgia, I have had muscle pain for years, I got hit by a semi truck about 20 years ago and was very physical before that. Now getting other soreness and don't feel like my body can do much but go to work and back. I am sore all the time. How can I fix this, if I can.??

Fibromyalgia and muscle pain as you describe does NOT benefit from narcotics such as oxycodone, which actually just lead to addiction and worsened pain over time, so I strongly discourage using narcotics. However, there are other excellent treatments. The best of these is regular physical therapy with a licensed physical therapist. This is by far the most effective method.
