Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, these signs cam be due to water and electrolytes loss and thus it needs immediate attention by a medical facility ER and may need intravenous fluid replacements after careful examination and will need to look for serum electrolytes and renal functions to rule out extreme dehydration or loss of electrolytes and thus replacements preferably intravenous and then oral should be continued for few days.

Also may need to stool analysis to look for infective causes and antibiotics course like ciprofloxacin with metronidazole. Anti spasmodic like drotaverine and analgesics like acetaminophen may also be used for symptomatic relief. Meanhwile use soft diets and fluids and avoid heavy meals.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
