Question: I gave been having diarrhea for the past 3 hours I am feeling very cold and run down and I have a temp of 96.7 because I have multiple autoimmune issues for one RA should I be concerned

I am so sorry to hear about this diarrheal. The duration makes it acute and requires nothing beyond replacing the fluid loss. Do no accept any drug to stop the diarrhea as this might cause more harm than good. Diarrhea never kills, failure to replace fluid loss does. I encourage you to drink much and this diarrhea will likely resolve spontaneously. Am not surprised this might be caused by something that doesn’t settle well with your system(poorly handled/prepared) or a new food type you have tried.
