Brief Answer:
This inmost likely food poisoning!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this persistent diarrhea and nausea. I have reviewed your information fully and this is suggestive of food poisoning. Avoid any anti diarrhea agents. All you need at this time is to drink as much water as possible and allow the watery stools to run its course. They usually subside spontaneously without the need for any specific treatment. Avoid eating food of which the standards of preparation and handling are not exactly sure because this is the most common cause of food poisoning.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
If you cannot hold fluids down, then go to the hospital!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up.

If you cannot hold fluids down, then I suggest you go to the hospital and get fluids intravenously. As you drink, do so in small quantities so as to avoid vomiting. If honestly nothing can stay down and there is no urination, then you need to get to the hospital for fluids to be administered.

I wish you well and keep me updated.
