Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome back to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Although there's no fever, no blood in the stools, still, since 2-3 days already passed by, it's better to get yourself checked up clinically and a few relevant investigations done to rule out possible infective sources..

At this outset, I'd suggest you to please continue with the same diet plan only, instead of rice, you can take some multigrain/whole wheat toast also..but instead of fruit juice, it'll be better to have whole fruits as it contains necessary dietary fibers too..

Econorm should be taken with/after food thrice daily (if not taking in this fashion, the effectiveness will be hastened)..

Do schedule an appointment with an Internal medicine specialist for a thorough clinical check up and few relevant investigations (CBC, ESR, Electrolytes and BUN/Creatinine along with a Stool Routine microscopy and culture sensitivity analysis).. If Diarrhoea persists beyond 3-4 days, then you may be requiring antibiotics also.. according to the result of these investigations and the clinical examination, appropriate regimen will be chosen..

Do continue the ORS until loose motion settles down..drink plenty of water additionally (the stiffness can be due to electrolyte imbalance too), drink at least 3.5-4 ltr of fluids to compensate with the fluid & electrolyte loss (mild home made. non-spicy soups & broths can also be taken)..

Only drink U.V.R.O purified/mineral water.. maintain strict hand hygiene (thorough hand washing with anti-bacterial hand wash before & after using the wash-room)..

Just follow all these & do keep me updated on your progress in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
