Question: I have pain my fott. For a little over a year now what started out as what I thought was plantar fasciitis, didn't respond to typical treatments for plantar fasciitis and seems to move around the bottom of my foot but more often the base of my big toe. The pain is manageable and sometimes not noticeable. other times somewhat painful and in some cases very painful swelling and burning. Any ideas?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better I would like to know-
1. Blood reports for serum uric acid, thyroid hormone and sugar (diabetes)?
2. Do you smoke and do you take any medicine?
3. What makes the pain worse/good?
Looking forward to your reply.
It could be the common vitamin D deficiency (osteopenia)/plantar fascitis or Gout.
Take care
Regards
