Question: I have a movable little bump in my left nostril. No pain. What is it.?

It is most likely a small cyst. Occasionally our bodies will wall off something and form a small cyst. If it is not painful or bleeding then it can probably be ignored. If you would like to have it removed or if it enlarges then it would be best to see an ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist.
